Club Terms and Conditions

  1. You may only use your American Golf Club card in American Golf stores or online at www.americangolf.co.uk.
  2. It is a condition of having an American Golf Club card that you provide American Golf with your contact details. By accepting these terms and conditions you agree to become a member of the American Golf Club and that American Golf can contact you with offers by post, email, and phone. You can opt out in store, by contacting our customer service team on 01925 939999, by emailing aftersales@americangolf.co.uk or by writing to American Golf Customer Services, Units 1-4 Priestley Road, Wardley Industrial Estate, Worsley, Manchester,M28 2LY
  3. Emails from American Golf use Open Tracking to improve your email experience. By providing your email address you allow American Golf to use Open Tracking. For more information, please see our privacy policy at www.americangolf.co.uk/privacy.
  4. To take advantage of member only deals and discount vouchers you must present your American Golf Club card at time of purchase.
  5. The American Golf Club is open to all UK & ROI residents aged 18 years or over.
  6. The American Golf Club card is not transferable and can only be used by the person to whom the card is issued.
  7. If your card is lost or stolen please notify us by contacting our customer service team on 01925 939999, or by emailing aftersales@americangolf.co.uk.
  8. Calls to our customer service team will be charged at national rates, plus your phone provider’s access charge.
  9. The American Golf Club card issued to you remains the property of American Golf and must be surrendered upon request. It is not a credit, debit or cheque guarantee card.
  10. American Golf may, at any time, terminate the scheme or alter or amend the conditions of operation of the scheme.
  11. In the case of dispute, the decisions of American Golf shall be final and binding. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall affect your Statutory Rights.
  12. American Golf Club vouchers and coupon mailings can only be used in American Golf stores and online at www.americangolf.co.uk when presented in conjunction with an American Golf Club card.
  13. All promotions and mailings are subject to availability.
  14. The promoter of the American Golf Club is American Golf, Europa Boulevard, Gemini Business Park, Westbrook, Warrington, WA5 7YW.

American Golf GO Outdoors Gloucester Prize Draw Terms and Conditions

  1. There will be one winner who will receive a custom fit driver at our American Golf GO Outdoors Gloucester store in 2025.
  2. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternatives.
  3. Prize draw entry is valid for those over 18's only.
  4. All customers who make a purchase from the American Golf Gloucester store in the month of December will be entered.
  5. There is no minimum purchase.
  6. The prize draw will close on the 31st of December 2024.
  7. The winner will be selected at random and notified after the prize draw closes rom all valid entries.
  8. American Golf will contact the winner using the email address provided during entry. Reasonable efforts will be made to contact the winner after the closing date.
  9. Entrants are responsible for ensuring the email address provided is correct. American Golf may request additional information from the winner to facilitate prize delivery.
  10. The winner must accept the prize by following the instructions sent on the prize winner’s email within four days of being notified.
  11. It is the winner’s responsibility to check if they have received the prize winners’ email by checking their junk and spam folders.
  12. If the winner fails to accept the prize within the specified timeframe, a new winner will be randomly selected.
  13. If no response is received after contacting three consecutive winners, American Golf reserves the right to withdraw the prize and repurpose it for a future promotion or event.
  14. By entering the prize draw and opting in to email marketing, the personal data you supply to us may be used to tailor personalised email marketing communications. The data provided by entrants will be processed in accordance with American Golf's privacy policy available at: www.americangolf.co.uk/content/privacy-policy.html.

  16. American Golf is not responsible for entries into this prize draw that are lost as a result of any equipment failure, technical malfunction, systems, satellite, network, server, computer hardware or software or failure of any kind.
  17. You may not enter and will not be entered into this prize draw if you are:
    • an employee, agent or supplier of American Golf or of its group companies;
      • or
    • in any way professionally connected with this Promotion or its sponsorship or administration.
  18. American Golf's decision is final in relation to this prize draw and no correspondence or discussion will be entered into.
  19. American Golf may, at its sole discretion, cancel or amend these terms and conditions if it has reasonable grounds for doing so. American Golf will notify you of any such changes to these terms and conditions by email.
  20. These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law. You and American Golf agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
  21. The promoter of this prize draw is American Golf (Trading) Limited, 1st Floor Westbrook House, Westbrook, Warrington, Cheshire, England WA5 8UH (Promoter).

GHD X AG Club, 2025 custom fit driver, 3 wood and hybrid Terms and Conditions

  1. There will be one winner.
  2. The winner will receive the prize off a 2025 custom fit driver, 3 wood and hybrid.
  3. The prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
  4. Prize draw entry is valid for those over 18's only.
  5. To enter, you must supply your email, full name and DOB through the American Golf sign up form before midnight on 31st December 2024.
  6. The prize draw will be open from Friday 15th November 2024.
  7. The prize draw will close at midnight on 31st December 2024.
  8. The winner will be selected at random and notified by the 7th January 2025 from all valid entries.
  9. American Golf will contact, using its reasonable efforts, the winner via the email address provided on the prize draw form, by 7th January 2025. It is an entrant's responsibility to ensure this email address is correct and check all relevant email folders. American Golf will request any further information it deems necessary and will provide details on how the winner can claim the prize.
  10. If, after sufficient attempts, the winner cannot be contacted by 14th January 2025, a new winner will be randomly selected.
  11. If the selected winner does not respond within the timeframe stated in the terms and conditions, American Golf will make reasonable attempts to contact a new winner. If after contacting a maximum of five consecutive winners, we have not had a response from any winners, American Golf reserve the right to withdraw the prize and repurpose in a future promotion or event.

Birthday vouchers

  1. Voucher valid for one single use.
  2. You must spend £10 or more in a single transaction, by midnight on the end date shown. No change given. No cash value.
  3. £10 minimum spend excludes purchases of gift cards and delivery charges.
  4. Cannot be used in conjunction with any other voucher or discount code.
  5. Delivery charges may apply.
  6. You must provide us with a valid email address to receive your birthday voucher. If you do not wish to receive a birthday voucher, you can opt out by contacting our customer service team on 01925 939999, or by emailing aftersales@americangolf.co.uk.
