Forged Face with Spinsistency
By using a shallower and thinner VFT face with Spinsistency, a variable roll radius technology. More deflection is created at impact to generate more club head speed, for PING`s biggest distance gains to date.
Fixed Back Weight
The MAX 10K is equipped with a 28g fixed back tungsten weight that positions the centre of gravity lower and deeper. To create PING’s most accurate, forgiving and lowest spinning 460cc driver to date. The fixed back weight allows for the record-setting MOI as it drives mass down and back to increase forgiveness and optimize the centre of gravity position. Lowering spin and ensuring ball speed preservation across the clubface for added distance performance.
Carbonfly Wrap Crown
Carbonfly Wrap crown weighs 13g fully installed and saves 5g of weight to help lower the CG and increase MOI. The heavier backweight (28g) is in part achieved by weight savings of 5g from the carbon crown (13g fully installed) to create a powerful combination of accuracy and distance to meet the performance needs of all golfers.
This is PING's biggest head profile to date for a record-setting MOI that inspires confidence to hit longer, straighter drives. The Carbonfly Wrap Crown also helps produce a slightly louder, less muted impact experience in the larger profile head.
Adjustable Hosel
Trajectory Tuning 2.0 utilises a lightweight, aerodynamic hosel sleeve that provides eight positions to customise your trajectory for maximum distance and accuracy.
